实习岗位

建筑/规划

工作职责：

1. 协助项目经理及设计团队查找项目资料，制作方案汇报；

2. 参与项目初步方案设计，建立三维数字模型，绘制分析图；

3. 根据项目组需要，协助项目经理完成其他工作要求。

岗位要求：

1. 城市规划、建筑学相关专业学业背景；

2. 基本掌握CAD使用技巧；

3. 有一定英语或德语沟通能力，协助现场翻译；

4. 实习期2到6个月；

5. 将根据实习期表现以及公司项目需要，在本人意愿前提下，公司优先其他候选人将与其建立长期合作关系，签署劳动合同

全职岗位

Urban Planner/Architect

Responsibilities：

1. Realize company design idea in the project;

2. Be able to organize and lead project team;

3. Be responsible for the project design and management at each design phase;

4. Be responsible for the coordination work with client and other consultants i.e. local design institute;

5. Assist project manager and director forother project issues, e.g.: project presentation; deal with important emailsand letters, meeting minutes, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree / Master Degree of  Architecture or Urban Design;

2. More than 3 years of post-qualification experience in design field;

3. Advanced experience of organizing delegating design teams;

4. High responsibility, conscientious anddiligent, strong team spirit, with excellent communication and organization skills;

5. Experienced in preparing of presentation documents

6. Familiar with software such as, AutoCAD,Sketchup, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office etc.

7. Fluent in English/Germany & Chineseis preferable.
