Job description
Our client is a Tier 1 Supplier for automotive OEMs in Electronic Systems (instrument clusters; infotainment & telematics, lighting & body electronics). In the Instrument clusters division, our client develops and manufactures instrument panels with integrated display. And also develops complex, fully reconfigurable clusters which can perform gateway functions.
Function:
- Review and apply software requirements to create test cases
- Setup software integration tests according to existing software architecture and software requirements
- Provide metrics to measure software performance on ECU
- Create test scripts and instrumentation
- Execute manual software integration tests and generate test reports
- Maintain software integration test benches
- Update process required documents (e. g. software integration test reports)
- Update software integration test strategy including test cases and test scripts
Salary range
50.000-70.000 EUR YEARLY
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 2 years'experience in embedded software development (automotive)
- Experience in integration testing/unit testing
- Knowledge in test bench set up (handling oscilloscopes, power supplies etc.) – basic knowledge of electronics
- Scripting languages (e. g. C#, JScript, Perl, Python, Ruby), debugger automation (Lauterbach, iSystem, Green Hills, Renesas), CAN bus analyzer tools, test report generation
- Automated testing/integration (e. g. Jenkins, Team Foundation Server, Apache Continuum)
- Knowledge in AUTOSAR
- Fluent English, German as an advantage
